The CryoChip16 (CC16) has 16 low-frequency DC gold-plated wire bonding pads on a cryogenic-optimized sample mount, a DIP16 pin adapter and necessary wiring harness to connect to the thermally lagged side panel leads. The cold sample mounting surface is raised slightly above the PCB, and with the exchange boss connection provides an excellent thermal path between the platform and sample. Maximum sample size of 10mm square; PCB portion is reusable and replaceable.
